Highly recommend this clinic. They carry a beautiful selection of frames which are neatly organized. In addition, I was thoroughly impressed when the receptionist remembered my name despite having only been there once before. She was both friendly and clearly knew her stuff as everything was performed in a quick and concise manner. The anti fatigue lenses that were recommended by the doctor helped with my computer vision syndrome symptoms greatly. I will be bringing my parents here upon my next visit.
Browz is one of the best optometrist clinics I have been to. The receptionists Victoria and Kallie were great. I didn't have to wait long to see the doctor. Dr. Fu was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and was super approachable. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend this clinic.
This place is great!! The staff is nice and the pediatric eye doctor was so good with my son. I was beyond impressed. Highly recommend.
Great Doctor!!! Got these new floaters, they were able to squeeze me in between patients. They found a tear in the back of my eye, referred me to hospital, specialist was impressed they found such a small tear. And I had it fixed the same day! Staff was super accommodating and pleasant. If you get floaters make sure to get it checked and if you're close by, get it checked here as the specialist said this is often missed by other eye doctors. Thank you thank you!!
My parents live in the senior homes in Bridgeland and have been coming to Browz for the past few years. I have been really impressed with the doctors and staff there as they were very friendly and accommodating. My father's mobility has been declining and the staff came to their home to deliver glasses, and another time came to adjust his glasses. That's really going the extra step. Thank you for the great service!
I have lived in Renfrew for a long time and went to the optometrist downtown. But now with young children we wanted to find a place we could drive too. We had a great experience at this optical. The eye doctor I had was excellent. The children saw a pediatric optometrist there, Dr. Luk and she was wonderful, diagnosed my son with eye tracking problem, and now he's in vision therapy. The optician lady was excellent, a bit chatty but very helpful with choosing the glasses. And a tip, if you come here park on the big street its free for 2 hours, and tons of parking. I parked on the side streets and didn't know this so I was paying (that place needs better signage so others know of the free parking)
